Israeli occupation over demolition orders in Silwan

│MiddleEastCouncil.org│The Israeli occupation municipality handed over administrative demolition orders for a number of Al-Bustan neighborhood under the pretext of building without a permit in Silwan town southern Al-Aqsa mosque.

Joint crews of the municipality and the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed into Silwan town and handed over demolition threats for a number of homes, coinciding with a heavy deployment of the IOF in the city.
According to Wadi Helwa information center, the IOF and the municipality crews stormed into the neighborhoods, photographed several homes, then broke into them and handed over demolition threats for their residents under the pretext of building without a permit.
The municipality crews handed over demolition threats for nine homes, one of the homes established since 15 years. Some of homes were under construction.
In a related context, the IOF stormed on Saturday into three homes in Silwan town, under the pretext of hunting stones throwers, stopped people vehicles and issued random traffic fines.
In Ras Al-Amood neighborhood, the IOF fired stun grenades and gas bombs towards the students while they were heading to their schools, passing by Al-Mohadda checkpoint.
